Cheese Plate with House Made Crackers and Fruit 

Second course: Hanger 1 Rose Vodka

Rye Crisps with Cold Smoked Cured Salmon with Capers Baby Arugula in a Light Lemon Sage Vinaigrette 

Third course: The Seeker

Baby Spinach Salad with Raspberries, Fennel, Spring Onion Strips, and Mussels. Topped with Tarragon Creme’ Fraiche 

Fourth course: Louis Jadot

Steak Tartar with Minced Heirloom Tomatoes, Pickled Green Peppercorns, Roasted Garlic, Red Pepper Curls and Topped with a Quail Egg 

Fifth course: Masi

Chilled Sliced Duck Breast and Bok Choy Apple Slaw with a Masi Rose Reduction. 

Sixth course: Schrambsberg Mirabelle Brut Rose

Spring Strawberry Tartlet with Feta Cheese, Balsamic Gastrique and Dark Ganache Chocolate
