The theater offers flexible seating, from a very comfortable 132 to a cozy 152. There is tiered seating so there is not a bad seat in the house. There is a drop down movie screen with a 6.5k laser projector. Bar service is offered through The Bar’s Open which offers a great wine and beer menu. The theater is equipped with superior LED stage lighting as well as traditional lighting instruments. Off-street parking is available with more than enough space for guests.

Roxy’s Downtown takes pride in our venue and staff. All prices include all service staff dedicated to making your evening enjoyable, efficient, and memorable. The rental has access to staff according to need and, and priced accordingly. Those prices are dependent upon party size and need and will be assessed and provided in planning period.

➜ Reservation Requirements

Reservations need to be made far enough in advance to secure space. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. The final number of event attendees and remaining payment balance (adjusted for any changes in party numbers) is due one week before the scheduled event if number of guests are less than 50, and two weeks before if numbers are greater than 50.

➜ Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a private party before two weeks of the event will result in losing of deposit (50% of total amount due). Any cancellations of a private party within two weeks of the event will result in the patron being responsible for the total amount due if the event falls on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening, or Sunday afternoon or evening. If the event falls on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, or is scheduled during the day Monday-Saturday, the patron will be responsible for 75% of the total amount due. There is a two-hour minimum for event rentals. This does not include set up and break down. Set up and break down time will be included in the final time charged peyond the event total time based upon the time needed. Staff rates are available upon request and need.
